Tarifa, 9th July 2008. – The shipping company based in Tarifa FRS Iberia expects to expand its ac-tivity in the Straits by setting off a line between Algeciras and Ceuta, according to the general director of the company, Luis Mora. The director has not confirmed the date, although he pointed out it will probably be next 19th July when the vessel starts to operate, if no incidences arise.

One of the fast ferries that currently operate in the line Tarifa-Tangiers will be used to cover this new line, although temporarily, as it is expected to move to Tarifa one of the vessels that currently operates in the line Finland-Estonia. It is a modern vessel that meets all the European standards of security and comfort for the passengers, which will arrive next month of August.
FRS Iberia expects to reach a more than acceptable market share in this new company project, as it believes in the quality of service as it is usual in its strong activity in the Straits.
